Aura TV terms
Terms of Use
Effective date: July 9, 2026
Aura TV is a software player. It does not provide channels, playlists, credentials, broadcaster accounts, catalogs, movies, sports packages, or content access. By downloading or using Aura TV, you agree to these terms.
Player-only service
Aura TV is intended to open playlists, credentials, guide feeds, logos, metadata, and media streams that you add yourself. It is not a broadcaster, channel provider, reseller, playlist vendor, or content catalog.
User responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you are authorized to access every playlist, credential set, guide feed, logo, channel, movie, series, stream, and media source you add.
- You must comply with copyright, licensing, contract, broadcast, and local-law requirements that apply to your sources and media.
- You must not use Aura TV to access, distribute, promote, or organize unauthorized or illegal streams.
- You must not misrepresent Aura TV as a broadcaster, source provider, or licensed content seller.
Purchases and subscriptions
Aura TV may offer subscriptions or purchases through Apple App Store / StoreKit and Google Play Billing. Prices, renewal rules, trials, taxes, cancellation, restore, and final confirmation are handled by the applicable platform commerce system before purchase.
Billing questions for Aura TV can be sent to billing@mesikalabs.com.
Playback and availability
Playback quality and availability depend on the source you add, your device, your network, and third-party services outside MesikaLabs control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback or compatibility with every playlist, endpoint, guide format, codec, or stream.
Support boundaries
Support can help with app behavior, import flows, restore paths, and player troubleshooting. Support cannot provide playlists, credentials, channels, media access, or authorization for third-party sources.
