Support email: auratv@mesikalabs.com
Billing email: billing@mesikalabs.com
Response target: within 2 business days.
Account required: no first-party Aura TV account is required for the core player flow.
What support can help with
- Importing M3U playlist URLs, local M3U files, and Xtream-compatible credentials from sources you are authorized to use.
- Guide data such as EPG or XMLTV when your source provides it.
- Playback startup, device compatibility, local storage, and settings behavior.
- Restore and subscription status through Apple App Store / StoreKit or Google Play Billing.
- Privacy, policy, and store-review questions about Aura TV itself.
What support cannot provide
- Channels, playlists, credentials, broadcaster accounts, movies, sports packages, catalogs, or content access.
- Authorization to use a third-party source.
- Recovery of third-party provider accounts, passwords, tokens, or subscriptions.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Source import fails: confirm the URL, file, host, username, and password are correct and authorized.
- Guide data is missing: confirm your source includes an EPG/XMLTV feed and that the guide URL is reachable.
- Playback does not start: check your network and whether the user-provided stream URL still works on that device.
- Purchase state is missing: use the restore or manage subscription option for the platform where the purchase was made.
What to include in a support request
- App version, platform, and device model.
- Whether the issue affects import, guide data, playback, restore, or settings.
- A redacted example of the setup flow or playlist format.
- Do not send playlist passwords, provider credentials, private account details, tokens, or full paid source URLs in public channels.
