Privacy Policy

Information Aura TV can process

• Playlist URLs, M3U files, Xtream-compatible IDs, usernames, passwords, server URLs, and guide URLs that you choose to add.
• Source metadata, channel names, logos, categories, favorites, watch history, continue-watching state, recent searches, and preferences used for core app functionality.
• Optional camera or QR data when you choose setup transfer features.
• Optional local-network state when you use transfer or playback features that require device connectivity.

How the information is used

Aura TV uses this information to import user-provided sources, prepare guide data, organize the local library, start playback, restore purchases, provide support, and keep settings consistent where platform sync is available. A first-party Aura TV account is not required for the core player flow.

Storage and security

• Sensitive setup details are stored in secure local on-device storage where the platform provides it.
• Other library and preference data can be stored locally in the app database, preferences, or equivalent platform storage.
• Apple builds may use iCloud / CloudKit for playlist metadata, preferences, favorites, and watch history when enabled on the user's devices.
• Android and Google TV builds use local app storage such as Room and DataStore for player state and entitlement state.

Network requests and source security

Aura TV connects to playlist, guide, logo, metadata, and stream URLs that users provide. Some user-provided sources may use HTTP instead of HTTPS. Aura TV cannot guarantee encryption in transit for third-party source URLs or media streams controlled by the user or their provider.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by platform commerce systems, including Apple App Store / StoreKit and Google Play Billing where available. MesikaLabs does not receive your full payment card details, Apple ID password, or Google account credentials.

Third-party SDKs

The inspected codebase uses platform and app-functionality libraries for playback, billing, local storage, networking, QR handling, image loading, and Apple sync. No Firebase, third-party advertising SDK, or third-party analytics SDK was found in the inspected dependency files. This policy must be updated before release if analytics, ads, attribution, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs are added later.

Sharing and tracking

MesikaLabs does not sell personal data. Aura TV is not designed to track users across unrelated apps or websites. Data entered into third-party playlist, guide, logo, or stream sources is handled by those third-party services according to their own practices.
